Full-service Management Plan
Our most popular plan completes the service as an addition to our Tenant Plan. We collect rent and manage all bills associated with the property (taxes, mortgage payment and insurance excluded). We collect monies due, pay bills, handle utilities and provide a tax-friendly monthly statement at the close of each month. We carefully mind costs of any necessary owner approved repairs. Our in-house maintenance team is on-hand to service simple problems, at below market costs, whenever possible. For more complex issues, we know who to call for quality repairs at reasonable prices.

Reasons to Use

  • Rent is collected, bills are paid and the proceeds are forwarded to the owner either by check or direct deposit.
  • Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays by our own staff or through our approved vendors.
